RPG Editor Experience

I've rewritten, hacked, expanded, and otherwise "fixed" RPG rules for as long as I've been reading them, so in 2012 I decided to focus that drive into a career. I'm always building my list of clients and references, so if you have a project that needs an editor please get in touch and we'll work something out.

Testimonials
  • "Like many authors, I think I can edit my own work. Jim showed me how much I'd missed, and he turned my words into a clear and helpful rule set. More importantly, he understands game writing. He showed me how to rearrange my material to flow more usefully for my readers. Even more importantly, he did it on time and on budget."

-Brent Newhall of Brent P. Newhall's Musaeum of Fantastic Wonders.
  • "I needed someone to read the adventure and find the holes, the confusing text, and the items I may have left out. Jim was that person and he did a great job. I think the adventure was good before he got his hands on it, but as we went along I was surprised at how much better it became."

-Carl Bussler of Stormlord Publishing and Timeless Adventures.

  • "Jim rocks as an editor, not simply editing copy for grammar, spelling, consistency, and readability, but providing solid feedback on content at the same time. It doesn't hurt that his rates are fair and his turnaround time is fantastic. His help with Moebius Adventures products has been instrumental."

-Brian "Fitz" Fitzpatrick of Moebius Adventures and Game Knight Reviews.

  • "Jim White is the awesome sauce of RPG editing services. Professional, on time, great suggestions; he not only edits, he makes suggestions on layout, text flow, and game mechanics. You want him on your next project."

      -Larry Moore of DwD Studios.
